The Bakery Atlanta is a collective of artists, curators, and administrators dedicated to offering alternative models to local creatives and the general public. We host and produce experiences that connect and inspire people through collaboration, experimentation, and play.The Bakery's South Downtown Gallery is located at 92 Peachtree St SW, Atlanta, GA, 30303. We are only open for events and appointments.

The Bakery is thrilled to present Ladies of the Bath, the first solo installation by Danae Antonine. Ladies of the Bath explores how we maintain ourselves, and how much control we have over how our sense of self changes and evolves. Ladies of the Bath will be a series of paintings, and bas relief works placed in an installation of a nature scene. Paired with sound design, Ladies of the Bath will act as an immersive mythological world that highlights the importance of self-care and maintaining the things that are important to you. Ladies of the Bath will be on-view March 25 to March 28 from 12-6 pm daily. Danae Antoine is an interdisciplinary artist located in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently pursuing a BFA at Georgia State University.
