Join us for Zumba and group fitness classes, make it personal with a 1:1 session, add our art, craft, and energy healing tools to your repertoire and find your happiest self in our community!HISTORYEstablished in 2016.Talitha Dance started with me, Talitha, trying to keep fitness in my everyday routine and realizing how helpful it is to exercise with others. When I found Zumba, a fitness form that incorporated my love for dance, I not only wanted to be a part of it, I wanted to share it. Over time Talitha Dance has developed into a wellness forum encouraging fitness for the mind, body, and soul.MEET THE BUSINESS OWNERMy inspiration to start Talitha Dance was seeing people like me, with busy lifestyles, trying to get and stay healthy. My holistic approach to wellness in my own life and my desire to give back to the community are unique qualities that drive the direction of Talitha Dance. It's exciting and rewarding to see people finding their wellness groove and enjoying living healthier, and I always look forward to being a part of that process.

Workshops designed to help reconnect you with your best self.

Our Cozy Corners invite you to connect &amp; indulge in all the ways you treat yourself outside of fitness. Location: The Center (208 W. 13th Street, NYC), we'll be in the garden. Virtual attendance is an option. Check your email on the morning of class for more workshop location and virtual link details. $36 to join our collective crochet lesson, supplies and complimentary pattern are included.$18 if have your own project and won't be partaking in the lesson (Use code BYOP at checkout).Both include tea/ light snacks, and a second virtual session to assess progress and/or problems.
