<a href="https://www.purebarre.com/location/pentagon-city-va" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pure Barre in Pentagon City</a> is hosting this free total-body workout that will strengthen the deep muscles of your legs, core, and arms. All you need for this outdoor class is a mat, a set of 2-3 pound weights (optional), sneakers and an open mind that small, focused movements can make a big difference. In honor of the Cherry Blossom festival, pink clothing is highly encouraged! Meet at Virginia Highlands Park Field #3 (&quot;Hearts Field&quot;) at the corner of Joyce &amp; 15th.We will be complying with Arlington County&#x27;s current public health guidelines, so registration is required and capacity limits will be enforced by volunteers. Please be respectful and understanding of their requests.This event is part of a series of free outdoor programming March 19 - April 11 as part of the Cherry Blossom festivities at Virginia Highlands Park. It is part of the 100% volunteer effort from your neighbors in the Aurora Highlands Civic Association, along with activities from Arlington County and other local organizations. As an alternative to in-person programming, a schedule of virtual programs has been created. When seated, maintain a distance of at least six feet between you and individuals not from your same household</li><li>Wear a face covering where possible</li><li>No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted to participate. In consideration of my or my child being granted permission to participate in activities and to use the facilities of the County and/or other activities and services provided by the Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation or the Aurora Highlands Civic Association, its agents and employees, including food service, I, on behalf of myself or my child, our executor, administrator, heirs, assigns, and successors, hereby covenant to hold harmless and indemnify the County and the Aurora Highlands Civic Association and all its officers, departments, agencies, agents and employees from any and all claims, damages, injuries, fines, penalties and costs (including court costs and attorney&#x27;s fees), charges, liabilities, or exposures, however caused, resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected to my or my child&#x27;s participation. This hold harmless agreement is in effect until rescinded by me in writing and covers participation in any and all activities provided by the Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation and the Aurora Highlands Civic Association.In case of inclement weather, this program will be canceled.
