Attending to my students’ identities and creating an identity affirming mathematics classroom.In this seminar educators who work with K-12 mathematics will come together to think about attending to students’ identities, understand how to create culturally affirming spaces, and to practice identifying and creating culturally responsive math materials.This is a seminar! Please be prepared to be off mute and engaging live with your fellow attendees. Pre-work will be provided at least 3 days in advance to allow everyone to arrive in the conversation ready to deeply engage.
