The Cercle Littéraire Irlandais connects Ireland and France in Poetry and Prose.An association under French law (loi 1901), the Cercle Littéraire Irlandais offers members of the Irish community and Irish affinity groups to connect with Irish writers, poets and artists.The Cercle Littéraire Irlandais liaises with other leading Irish organanizations in France, in order to fulfill its role in a cost-efficient and inclusive manner.

Officially opened by His Excellency, Monsieur Vincent Guérend, Ambassador of France to Ireland.

Declan and Julie would never have met on the mean streets of Belfast, where east is east and west is west and rarely the twain do meet. But the City of Light brought these great pals together to walk in the footsteps of their literary heroes and compatriots, and after a combined sixty odd years of living there, we feel the time is ripe to take you with us, while we wait to tread the Irish Writers&#x27; path in person again
