What a year it has been.Come join us on retreat as we reconnect to our deepest selves, our hope and emerging life. Through guided visual meditation, somatic embodied meditation, soothing music, and reflection time, we will be reconnecting to our hope. We will also be exploring that this hope might look different than the hope we had before. Our world is different. Our hope could be different as well.What does that mean? Come and find out.As we tenderly explore what hope could look like in this new time, we will be led through an embodied meditation - that is, using gentle body gestures to deepen the meditation - designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. Designed to wash over us with light, to fill us with a new breath. Connecting, and connecting deeply.Filling the cup.The retreat is by donation. Suggested amount: $40.
