If you ever jumped rope as a kid, it probably never crossed your mind that you were burning calories, toning muscles, and improving your cardiovascular endurance.Knowing firsthand the benefits of jumping rope, Double Dutch Training Coach Leah and Coach Misty introducing the activity to adults—only this time, as a heart-pumping workout.During Leah's classes, exercisers jump rope, of course, but they also perform jumping jacks, push-ups, and jump squats between the whirring strands. And though nostalgia may elicit plenty of smiles during class time, these jump rope-driven workouts still help participants work up a healthy sweat, kind of like if one of the strands was replaced with a huge anaconda.Double Dutch Aerobics combines Double Dutch with an assortment of Aerobic exercises including, jumping jacks, push-ups, mountain climbs and more, inside the rope. That's not all.We’ve not only included professional competition combinations, along with street style jumping, we designed games and challenges, that will teach your children sportsmanship, confidence, patience, leadership skills, performance skills and most of all they will have fun, fun, fun!And not to worry, we taught thousands of people how execute these moves inside the rope.All of our certified Double Dutch Aerobics instructors are skilled and trained to teach anyone how to jump Double Dutch in less than a minute. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!Registration for the Double Dutch is Open - for all jumpers.No Experience Necessary!!Youth Training Classes: 5 to 8 year old's/ Big Kids: 9 &amp; up.Classes are held on Thursdays @5:00pm -6:00pm &amp; 6:30pm -7:30pm and Saturday's 11:00am-12:00pm &amp; 12:30pm-1:30pmThe location spot will be Tiemeyer park3311 Ashby Road, Saint Ann, Missouri 63074Please call to set up an appointment ( 314)-648-7300.You can find us at Tiemeyer park.
