Shanob Favors has been an educator for 20 years.Five years ago she received her mindfulness based stress intervention training from Mindful Schools. Over 20 years ago she was self motivated to acquire mediation skills and knowledge. Learned astrology while being coached by Astrologist Noble Anpu.

Mindful Moments With Favors mission  is to integrate mindfulness into daily habits.

We are excited to have Mindfulness Based Stress Intervention Teacher Shanob Favors join us for this 1- hour class. Shanob's vision is to foster communities that are engaged in mindfulness and void of unkind behaviors throughout life expereinces.Practice practical scientific based mindfulness and meditation strategies that can be used daily.
