Join us for a unique yoga experience, that incorporates the power of sound healing, simple guided meditation, and movement.

<p>Yoga is an ancient practice and lifestyle that encourages a healthy body, mind, and spirit. It enhances flexibility, strength, and internal harmony. In partnership with Golden Road Healing, Pratt Library is excited to bring patrons a unique yoga experience, that incorporates the power of sound healing, simple guided meditation, and movement to create an hour of mindfulness and restoratation.</p><p>This gentle practice is open to all skill levels, where instructors will demonstrate various adaptions throughout the practice. This practice is focused primarily on participants feeling fully at peace within their bodies, and participants are encouraged to embrace their bodies' abilities or limitations for the day within this judgment-free environment. If there are any postures out of your comfort zone you are invited to sit back and relax while musical instruments are played. This experience is meant to be for everyone!</p>
