What is the ER&L ticket cancellation policy?

All requests must be made in writing. Through Dec 1, 2025, receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. From Dec 2 – Jan 31, 2026, receive a 50% refund. After Feb 1, 2026, refunds will not be allowed. Any onsite ticket may transfer to the online conference.

What is the ER&L ticket change policy?

Accepted Answer

All requests must be made in writing. Through Jan 31, 2026, ER&L will refund the difference from the original in-person  ticket to the prevailing rate of the online ticket. From Feb 1, 2026, refunds will not be allowed and your original in-person ticket will be honored for online conference access.

What is the ER&L ticket transfer policy?

Accepted Answer

You may update your registration to someone else by updating the information on the Eventbrite registration site. Locate your original ticket confirmation email and log into Eventbrite to make the change. You will need the new attendee contact info and registration question responses.
