<p>Join us for our second virtual discussion, "Saying Their Names: Interpreting the Lives of the Enslaved at Historic Sites" led by Joe McGill, founder of the Slave Dwelling Project, in partnership with Farmington Historic Plantation, Historic Locust Grove, Oxmoor Farm Foundation, and Riverside: the Farnsely-Moremen Landing. Representatives or re-enactors from each historic site will join us as panelists to discuss the process of research and developing interpretation of the lives of the enslaved at 19th century sites. Special guest panelist will be Cheyney McKnight. McKnight started re-enacting in 2013 and has worked with more than 40 different historical sites since with her company, "Not Your Momma's History." </p><p>You won't want to miss this virtual event! </p><p>This discussion will take place over Zoom.  All participants will be emailed a Zoom link 24 hours before the event with instructions on how to log in. </p>
