Welcome to the Women's Wellness Morning at Nest, Glasgow's Family Wellbeing Centre!Join us for an inspiring &amp; uplifting morning filled with self-care, empowering workshops, and connection with other women. This event is designed to help you unwind, connect, and remember how amazing you truly are. From yoga sessions to empowering workshops, we have everything you need to leave feeling more like your best self.Connect with like-minded women in a supportive and nurturing environment. And do it for a good cause! This is a charity event and 100% of proceeds from ticket sales will be going to the Glasgow Care Foundation to help families in need.We can't wait to welcome you to the studio.
