This workout is designed to develop and promote aerobic and anaerobic fitness through a circuit style workout regimen.  Level 3 workout.

Vipkid Body Weight Boot Camp is designed to develop and promote aerobic and anaerobic fitness through a circuit style workout regimen. The total-fitness workout will teach students motivation through intense cardiovascular training, calisthenics and upper and lower body workouts using primarily their own body weight as a catalyst. Teachers will improve cardiovascular endurance, agility, muscular strength, and flexibility. This is a level 2 workout meaning it is meant for nearly all fitness levels. It is easy. Attire<ol><li>Proper athletic attire is necessary. Avoid jeans, excessive baggy clothing and clothing that is revealing.</li><li>Proper close-toed athletic footwear is required. </li><li>It is highly recommended long hair be pulled back.</li><li>Refrain from wearing jewelry (other than small earrings, wedding bands, etc)</li></ol>Expectations/Policies<ol><li>Hydrate as needed.</li><li>If injured communicate with the instructor immediately. The instructor will work with you based on your needs and medical restrictions. It is the responsibility of the participant to keep open communication with the instructor.</li><li>Your instructor will assist with proper form alignment throughout the class for instructional purposes and injury prevention. This will be executed through demonstration and verbal cues. </li><li>Bring a positive outlook to the class and perform to the best of your ability. Work to your own fullest potential and be encouraging to others in class. </li></ol>Together we can make this a wonderful growing experience.
