Walk, swim or cycle the length of the Wye Valley Walk to show your support of Woodcraft Folk and the Biblins Youth Campsite.

The Wye Valley Walk takes in 136 miles, from Hafren Forest at the source of the Wye, to Chepstow castle where the river meets the sea. The walk goes past Biblins Youth Campsite, famous for its iconic bridge that spans the river near Symonds Yat.All participants will receive a Truffles (Biblins Boar) medal for participating.You’ve got till 31st May to complete the challenge. Whether you walk, run, cycle or a combination of all three you can cover the distance at your own pace, in your own area. Although everyone will be walking in their own local areas, our weekly challenges will give a taste of the history and scenery along the river. Please do share photos of your trips with us #BiblinsBimble #OutdoorAventures, let’s keep each other motivated along the way.Biblins Youth Campsite, managed by the Woodcraft Folk, provides a back-to-basics experience for children, young people and community groups. Nestled in the Wye Valley, the 18 acre site hugs the river and is surrounded by ancient woodlands. Due to COVID-19 the site has been closed to youth groups for a year and as yet we do not have a date when we can reopen.All funds raised through the #BiblinsBimble will be used to ensure that the site is here and ready as soon as that is possible, and to ensure that future generations will be able to enjoy the benefits of camping and living together in the outdoors.
