$15 admission includes:<ul><li>One hour of professional instruction by a certified yoga teacher.</li><li>Unlimited ujjayi breathing.</li><li>Limitless balance and inner peace.</li><li>Improved flexibility and core strength.</li><li>One deliciously refreshing recovery beer.</li><li>Free Parking is available at our lot: <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/ss7pRBWarS5ucGhL6" title="https://maps.app.goo.gl/ss7pRBWarS5ucGhL6" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">1401 Long Beach Blvd</a> with 100+ spaces!</li></ul>Classes start at 11 am. Please bring your own mats and arrive 10 minutes early. Rental mats are available for a small fee (cash only).
