Join Expressive Artist Kathye Conti to explore the role art plays in promoting personal well-being and connectedness.It is important to send Love to ourselves through self-care. , How do you care for yourself?We need be honest with ourselves, take a chance and uncertain of where that may lead us is the opportunity to step into a world of self discovery, Self Love.By creating a piece of artwork focusing on the process in color, shape, form, and meaningful words, and letting go of the result, we may discover something new about ourselves.Show up being present and honest with yourself by trusting your intuition and a willingness to create.Creating art is as simple as following shape, form, and colors.Heart, Pathway and or a river, Rolling hills and or Mountains, Clouds, and a treeParticipants can come up with whatever shaped objects they would like to add…... Example flowers, leaves, etc.
