Jerry Mikutis is a yoga and Reiki teacher who has been enthralled by yoga ever since her first class in 2005 as a means for mental clarity from the stresses of life. The sense of peace the practice cultivated kept her coming back to the mat and the physical benefits soon made themselves evident. Join us for a Reiki peace meditation. Each week has a different focus, whether it is sound healing through singing bowls, guided imagery, or using crystals to enhance our meditation journey. Lay back, relax and allow guided imagery meditation and peaceful sounds release your stresses. We will end the meditation with sending peace to the Earth and all her peoples.There will also be a Reiki Grid set up for additional healing for you and the group.This event happens weekly on Wednesday evenings at 6PM. Reiki is an energy that induces relaxation, peace and balance in your body, mind and spirit.This will be on Zoom. Please email Jerry at jerryonthemat@gmail.com or get a ticket via the Eventbrite link posted if you'd like to attend.Please note that you will be receiving a separate email with the Zoom login information send to the email you registered with to access this meditation.
