An interspiritual prayer session with an opening guided meditation. Come ground your spirit. Come clear your heart.

In hard times, we need more grounding, not less. We need more times of care and tending, not less.This free prayer session is interspiritual – for folks who are spiritually independent, those who belong to a religion, for agnostics and people whose spirituality fits no label – this prayer session is for us all. *The format: I will begin with a 15-20 minute guided meditation involving the body, breath, and calming down the nervous system as we begin to connect with the Divine. Afterward, I will verbally open us up in prayer. People who wish to put prayer requests in the chat box are welcome to do so at any time. Any prayers put into the chat box are automatically considered to be held and lifted up by the entire group. If you wish to verbally pray, you sign up in the chat box and I will call upon you when your turn comes up. You do not have to pray out loud if you do not wish. You can stay in the prayer session as long/short as you would like. In fact, if you wanted to just drop in, put the prayer request in the chat box, and leave, that would be invited, too.* The one rule: You&#x27;re welcome to use whatever names for the Divine Essence as you wish according to your tradition and desire (God, Spirit, Higher Power, Allah, Krishna, Buddha, Essence, Love). However that is your relation to God alone. It is not to be assumed or prescribed for other people, and there is to be no shaming, blaming, or proselytizing for what someone else believes or doesn&#x27;t believe. People who do not adhere will be immediately removed.I use words like God, Goddess, Earth, Ancestors, Spirit, Infinite Love, Lord. You are welcome to use whatever words are most accurate for your path. When faced with situations greater than their capacity, our ancestors turned to a Greater Capacity. Their ancestors did, too.
