Join us for an unforgettable celebration where flavors, rhythms, and traditions meet. From delicious vatapá and bolinhos de estudante to rich abarás , and, of course, the legendary acarajé, taste the true essence of Afro-Brazilian cuisine. Come enjoy authentic dishes prepared by the hands of those who keep these ancestral flavors alive. With live music, cultural performances, and the unmistakable energy of Bahia, this is more than a food festival—it’s a tribute to the women who carry centuries of tradition in every bite. 6:30 PM to 10PM PM Tasting and DJ Berimbau This is a culinary journey through Bahia’s foodways 8:00 PM – Live Performance by BATALÁ DC 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM – Main Concert Performance Tabuleiro da Baiana Selections: • Acarajé with vatapá, dried shrimp, and salad • Abará (black-eyed pea and dendê dough steamed in banana leaf) • Bolinho de Estudante (fried cassava and coconut dumpling) • Cocada (white and dark coconut candies) • Feijoada Completa ( served with rice couve , orange, farofa) • Vegetarian choice • Each ticket grants: • 1 Acarajé • 1 Abará • 1 Bolinho de Estudante • 1 Plate of Feijoada Completa (regular or vegetarian) & Drinks All sales are final. All ticketed food and drink items must be redeemed by 10 PM Additional portions may be available for purchase
