Come join this fun event learning how to deadlift and getting tasty doughnuts!

<p>This fun and informative class will be taught by Strength Coach Sam -- a collegiate trained strength and conditioning coach. The event will go over the basics of the deadlift and all proceeds will go to Backfield In Motion, a local non-profit serving at-risk youth!</p>
