About our SpeakerManny is an award-winning business leader and successful entrepreneur who builds successful companies. He was the founder and former CEO of Aztera, LLC, a technology development company, which he started in 2011 and quickly grew to a multimillion-dollar enterprise.Manny is currently founder and CEO of SaiOx Inc, a medical device company focused on helping people breathe easier with respiratory disease, including COVID and COPD. He is also managing partner at Spark Partners, a company who develops leaders who create lasting success. He works alongside Adam Hartung, the world’s leading expert on disruptive innovation, helping to scale growth-oriented companies to new heights. Between the two of them, they have created over $3B in market growth.Born in Tucson and raised in Douglas, Manny graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He currently serves on several boards including the University of Arizona College of Engineering Industry Partnership Board and formally at Tech Launch Arizona Advisory Board and UA Alumni Association Advisory Board. Manny has also won a series of awards including the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 40 under 40, UA Innovation &amp; Impact Award, Copper Cactus Innovation Award, and the SBDC Success Award.
