Guided exercises and meditation to ground and calm the body during times of challenge and change.

Join Anna Brooke for an hour of soothing self-care and guided meditation. We are moving through times of immense change and challenge. More than ever, we need tools and opportunities to be able to maneuver and navigate through each moment we move through. When we come home to our bodies, our hearts and our own immediate experiences, we can access deeper possibilities and truths that already lie within us.All attendees are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen for some optional writtten exercises.All are welcome and the meditation can be done sitting or lying down.If you want to avoid fees, you are welcome to pay me via Venmo, CashApp or PayPal. Please contact me for that information.If you are unable to pay the full fee, please contact Anna to arrange attendance within your financial comfort zone. No one turned away for lack of funds.
