How do I get into the Zoo?

After registering on Eventbrite, you will be set to pick up your physical Zoo Ticket at our CGBN Welcome Table outside of the entrance at the Zoo the morning of the event. You will then show your ticket at the entrance to be admitted.

Do I need my Eventbrite ticket to enter?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need this ticket to enter. You will get a physical Zoo ticket at our Welcome Table when you check in at the front entrance of the Zoo.

Where can I find the CGBN Welcome Table to get my Zoo ticket?

Accepted Answer

At the entrance of the Zoo, near the "Denver Zoo" welcome sign.

Question 4

Can I enter the event at the Zoo without a Zoo ticket?

Accepted Answer

You must have a physical ticket from the Denver Zoo to enter. If you cannot find your Zoo Ticket, you can register at our Welcome Table for another one at the entrance of the Zoo. You cannot enter with your Eventbrite registration.

Question 5

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Scooters are also available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also ramps leading up to the bathrooms.

What food/drink will be provided at the event?

Accepted Answer

In the morning, there will be breakfast provided including pastries, muffins, veggie breakfast burritos and breakfast potatoes. There will also be coffee and tea provided.

Where are the restrooms located?

There are restrooms located at the Gates Center, next to Gates Amphitheater, just to the left of the Zoo Gardens Pavilion and Plaza. Please refer to this map: https://denverzoo.org/map/

Do I receive free access to the Zoo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Zoo Ticket holders will receive complimentary access to the Denver Zoo after the event.

Question 9

Where is the event located at the Zoo?

Accepted Answer

The event will be held in the Denver Zoo's Zoo Gardens Pavilion & Plaza. Once you enter the Zoo, make a right and keep walking past the amphitheater and bathrooms until you reach the arch.

Question 10

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the surface lots adjacent to the Denver Zoo and in the four-level parking garage. All parking can be accessed from 23rd Avenue, between York Street and Colorado Boulevard, near the zoo’s main entrance.
