Anxiety Support Group

We are here to provide a community of support for those that want to be proactive in their approach to recovery from battles with the mind and body. With a focus on a person-centred holistic approach, we encourage you to take control. We wish to inspire and nurture the nature of humankind to empower and bring you to life. Support is accessible to you via the sharing of ideas and information, alongside support groups with as few barriers as possible. We believe in equality and teamwork. By combining our experience and knowledge with your commitment and determination, there is the power to solve seemingly unsolvable problems. We believe in a holistic approach that includes but is not limited to nutrition, positive psychology, exercise, social circumstances, bodywork, lifestyle, and awareness to eliminate the root cause rather than treat symptoms. We are passionate about what we do, sympathetic to the plight of those we serve, non-judgemental and considerate.

A facilitated anxiety peer support group.Peer support is when people use their own experiences to help each other. There are different types of peer support, but they all aim to:- bring together people with shared experiences to support each other- provide a space where you feel accepted and understood- treat everyone's experiences as being equally important- involve both giving and receiving support. In peer support everyone's views and experiences are equally valued, rather than anyone being seen as more of an expert than others. How much support you give and receive can vary depending on what feels right for you at different times.Farnham Health and Wellness is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
