Do I have to attend every month?

Nope! You’re welcome to join as many sessions as you’d like. Each one stands on its own, but together they create a powerful journey.

How do I join the session?

After you RSVP, you’ll receive a link via email the day before the event. Make sure your email is correct when registering!

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring your journal, something to sip on, and an open heart. We’ll provide printable worksheets for certain sessions too!

Can I invite a friend?

Absolutely—please do! Sisterhood is better together. Just have them register separately so they get their own Zoom link.

Will this be recorded?

No, this is a live-only experience to protect the privacy and realness of our conversations. We’d love to have you join us in real time.
