Where can I park for the concert?

Accepted Answer

The concert will be held on Beach E.  Parking in Lot E will open at noon on the day of the Concert.

Question 2

Where will I be able to access the beach for the concert?

Accepted Answer

Access to the beach on the day of the concert will be limited to the chute from Lot E.   Beach access from Lot D will be closed on the day of the concert.  Those parking in Lot D will be required to walk down the boardwalk to Lot E to access the beach.

Question 3

What is allowed on the beach the day of the concert?

Accepted Answer

Beach chairs, blankets, coolers, and traditional umbrellas are all permitted.  Umbrellas with "sides" or tents of any kind are not allowed (small baby shelters are permitted).  Windscreens are not allowed. Coolers are subject to inspection and alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the beach.

What happens if it rains on both Saturday, Sept 6th, and Sunday, Sept 7th?

In the event of a total washout, the price of your ticket will be considered a tax-deductible donation to the Sandy Hook Foundation.  Thank you for your understanding and support if this unfortunate situation should occur.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Ticket sales are final.  If you can not attend the concert, you may use the Eventbrite platform to transfer your ticket to another person.

Question 6

Will the same bands play on the raindate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the same bands will play if we are forced to move to the raindate of Sunday, Sept 7th.

Question 7

Do children need a ticket to attend the Beach Bash Concert?

Accepted Answer

Children ages 6 and under are free and do not need a ticket.  7 and up need a ticket.
