How can I be an exhibitor?

We do not charge for our exhibitors. We do not allow direct selling. You may promote your business, church, nonprofit or civic organization. Please bring your own tent, table and chair. We will provide a 10' x10' space. Please register for a space on our website: www.uicpompano.org

Where do I park and is there a fee?

Accepted Answer

No charge for parking. You may park in the lot on the west side of the Emma Lou Olson Civic Center, 1801 NE 6th St. This is the lot used by students who attend Pompano Beach High School.  There is plenty of parking at Community Park, 820 NE 18th Ave, Pompano Beach, 33060.

Is there handicapped parking available?

Yes, please see the BSO officer at the entrance of the park and they will direct you to the lot located on the South side of the Emma Lou Olson Civic Center.

Question 4

Is there a fee for food, activities, entrance charge?

Accepted Answer

NO. This is a FREE event for the residents of Pompano Beach and surrounding areas. Food supplies are limited, but are free of charge. All activities in the KIDZONE are FREE of Charge!  Come on out and meet your neighbors!

Question 5

How do I win the ride on the Goodyear Blimp?

Accepted Answer

We will hold a live auction for the ride on the Goodyear Blimp. Bids start at $1000. These rides are only available to charitable organizations for auction. All proceeds to to our academic scholarship fund. We accept payment via credit cards.

Question 6

How do I win the African Safari trip?

Accepted Answer

We will hold a live auction at 1:30. Bid in person. The trip is a 6 night stay for 2 people in a standard room at Zulu Nyala. 3 meals a day are included and 2 game viewing activities per day. Airfare, airport transfers, drinks, laundry, telephone, extra excursions ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Where do all the proceeds from the raffles and live auction go?

Accepted Answer

They proceeds go directly to our academic scholarship fund. We have awarded over $70,000 in scholarships to our local Pompano Beach high school graduates for higher education.  We accept donations of any size on our website via PayPal. www.uicpompano.org
