Vendors can start setting up at 9 :00 the day of the show. All vendors must be set up by 12:30 and the show is from 1-4 pm. Take down is immediately following the show.

Vendors partner with us in creating an Experience for new Brides at the 13th Annual Summer Brides Just Wanna Have Fun Winter Expo!!

We have produced Boutique Style Bridal Shows for the past 14 years all across the coast and are excited to be back at the Mobile Convention Center for the 2024 Show!

We have been planning successful events for over 37 years and believe that the vendors are what make a show. We know what makes the brides happy as well as the vendors and partners. With that being said here is a list of the things that we can offer you for partnering with us at the show:

  • Lowest vendor rates in the area
  • Only a few vendors in your industry showcased
  • You will receive the list of Brides Registered within 48 hours after the show
  • 8 x 10 space with table and two chairs
  • Guarantee that all Brides will visit your booth since they will have to get vendors' initials before they can register for door prizes
  • A unique, boutique experience where the Bride has time to spend with each vendor as well as not being overwhelmed at the show

  • Emails to current Brides to Be campaign

Frequently asked questions

What size is the booth space?

Each space is 8' deep x 10' wide. We do not have Pipe and Drape at our shows as we like to create a very intimate boutique style experience.

Will a table and chair be included in vendor price?

Yes there will be an 8' table and two chairs with each vendor space.

Will I get the Bride information from the show?

All of the Brides information is collected online when they register, at the door when they check in and on a Bridal Scavenger Hunt form. All information emailed to you within 48 hours of the show.

How many Brides and Guests do you normally have attend?

We typically have between 50-75 Brides and total about 200-250 guests in the 3 hour show.

Is electric included in the pricing?

No electric is not included and will need to be ordered directly from the Convention Center as we get closer to the show. You can also order WiFi from them as well.

Do you take multiple of the same vendor category?

We take 1-4 vendors per category depending on the type of service or product the vendor provides. We take more photographers, DJ's, Venues, Caterers etc and again cap it usually at 4 but we only take 1 of any direct marketing type vendor and some of the other services only take 1 as well.
