Guided by her fairy diva godmother, Shmiza Shminnelli, Esmerelda encounters hoards of hopefuls vying for the spotlight. However, to reach the top, Esmerelda must defeat the malicious ruler of Showbizz, Anne Ziety, and her sinister sidekick, Doubt. Will Esmerelda rise to the occasion, or will she fade into obscurity like so many others?Blending original music, audience participation, sharp wit, burlesque, clowning, puppetry, and memorable characters, Thirsty for the Limelight delivers a wildly entertaining spectacle that mustn’t be missed.
