Wear clothing that allows you to feel comfortable, empowered or expressive. You are required to keep under garments on. Items: mat/blanket,  jacket/sweater, 1-2 hanks of rope + safety shears, notepad/pen, water/snacks, *We have mats, blankets, pillows, safety sheers, and rope to borrow + for sale.
