AX Gameday: Breathwork + Cold Plunge + SocialAthletEX is launching a new monthly GAMEDAY series for former college athletes to bring you fitness, recovery, and social experiences all in one! Join us for a morning of breathwork, cold plunges, normatecs, and goodies provided by our favorite brand partners! THE GAMEPLAN:<ul><li>Breathwork and Ice bath sessions will be led by Nike Global Trainer &amp; Head Coach of Ice Cold Club, Lauren Schramm.</li><li>Recovery Lounge will feature mobility coaches and physical therapists from MotivNY, normatecs, massage guns, recovery creams, food and beverage stations and more.</li><li>Make sure to bring a bathing, towel and a warm change of clothes for your commute home.</li></ul>Key Players:<ul><li>Hydration and Protein Drinks provided by Factor Form.</li><li>Probiotics provided by Fitbiomics.</li><li>Overnight Oats provided by Mush.</li><li>Recovery Gummies + Recovery Cream provided by Charlotte's Web.</li><li>Hydration packs provided by LMNT.</li></ul>We’re looking forward to unwinding, recharging, and connecting at our inaugural GAMEDAY!
