Is seating assigned or open?

Seating is open and on first come basis once doors open.

Will there be tickets available at the door?

There are no ticket sales at the venue. You will be asked to purchase online using the same platform.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email us to update the attendee name if needed.

Is the event suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

The performance is family-friendly and suitable for children. Children under the age of 5 may sit on a parent’s lap and do not need a separate ticket. If your child requires a seat of their own, a ticket must be purchased. We are not expecting to have seats available at the event.

Will there be a recording or livestream available?

At this time, the performance is being offered as an in-person experience only. We encourage you to attend and enjoy the magic of the live performance.
