We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. But what does it really look like to “come together”, and how do we achieve “unity”? The simple answer: it’s all about process – how we discuss tough issues and co-create solutions. This course will illuminate strategies for managing personal, relational and group dynamics so that you can bridge divides and generate collaboration with anyone on any topic. This course includes six sessions that will teach you how to: </p><ul><li>Retell your stories of others to end polarizing communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Be in community despite unresolved differences. </li></ul><ul><li>Listen to heal and connect.</li></ul><ul><li>Find common ground by understanding needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate creative options by tapping the subconscious mind. </li></ul><ul><li>Move to action with structured passion.</li></ul><p>Jeffrey Stec is a former family lawyer and certified mediator who has been facilitating strategic planning and community engagement since 2001.
