From the airport, attendees may take a taxi or use ride-hailing services such as Uber or Ola. We strongly recommend using services arranged inside the airport rather than hailing taxis on the street. The journey typically takes 45 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

International travelers may obtain a visa (or e-Visa) to India by contacting the Indian Embassy in their country. If necessary, CIMMYT can provide supporting documentation. All attendees must register in advance via Eventbrite by August 15. Attendees must check in at the registration desk on site and collect their badge, which provides access to all event spaces. A first and last name is required at check-in. Carry a valid identification option (below) at all times.
