Welcome to the Psychedelic Studio series! This month, join <a href="https://www.spiraldancebreathwork.com/" title="https://www.spiraldancebreathwork.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tania Zuckerman</a> for a conversation about the connections between breathwork and psychedelics. When we utilize our prana life force, we can awaken consciousness states. Discover how our own breath awareness and conscious breathing can expand our reality of existence and tap into primordial energy within us to promote greater connectivity. We'll discuss some of the overlaps of these two pioneering fields of breathwork and psychedelics for transformational change. Short breathing practices will be introduced. Come be part of this conversation and this growing community of people interested in exploring the nature of consciousness &amp; healing with a stance of curiosity and wonder.Tania Zuckerman, Founder of <a href="https://www.spiraldancebreathwork.com/" title="https://www.spiraldancebreathwork.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Spiraldance Breathwork</a>, has been a professional Breathwork practitioner and guide since 2005. Her work focuses on therapeutic Breathwork, a somatic-based therapy for trauma integration and stress release where she incorporates earth-based ritual and intuitive coaching into her offerings. NOTE: This is a community-building donation-based event. Suggested donation $20 to support nonprofit's mission for building community around consciousness change.
