Sis, Let That Cape Go: Boundaries, Burnout & the Myth of Doing It All
You’ve been holding it down for everybody — and now it’s your turn. This workshop is your invitation to take the cape off, catch your breath, and stop carrying what was never yours to begin with.

Together, we’ll unpack the myth of doing it all, get honest about emotional labor, and explore what it really means to rest without guilt. Facilitated by Dr. Tanya Crabb and Dr. Marinela Maskuti, this session is a soft but radical call to stop rescuing and start reclaiming your peace.

Through breathwork, boundary setting, and reflection, we’ll make space for what your nervous system has been whispering all along: you don’t have to earn your rest.

  • Real talk on burnout, emotional labor, and expectations
