Innovative Population Health Management Strategies to Recover Losses and Accelerate Gains

<p>Join <a href="http://www.populationhealthalliance.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">PHA,</a> your national trade association dedicated to Population Health Management, this spring -- April 12-13 -- for our next Innovation Summit &amp; Capitol Caucus. <em>(NOTE: This event was originally scheduled for late October 2021 as a hybrid event, but because of the resurgence of the pandemic, and speakers and attendees not wishing to travel, we have moved it in its entirety online in the spring.)</em></p><p>This premier two-day leadership event will assemble key leadership from across the population health professional industry along with leading health policy analysts and academic partners for two days of education and  online networking with peers across the country. </p><p>Attendees will hear inspiring keynote speakers and panel discussions on the most important subjects to health care such as SDOH and behavioral health issues, in addition to engaging with a unique audience of forward-thinking providers, payers, employers, solutions partners, and other leading innovators at a national or community level. Attendees will also have a chance to  hear from leading policymakers on the issues important to you and the field of population health management.
