Classes blend elements of narrative therapy, somatic practices, and forest bathing to promote wellness and a stronger relationship to the natural land.All materials provided, including notebooks and pencils, as well as an herbal tea tasting and light snack. Workshops will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather.
