No. You are welcome to join one or attend the full journey. The experience is designed to support you either way, though the full series offers the deepest integration.

Is this space only for Black women?

Yes. This is an affinity space created specifically for Black women. It centers our lived experiences, our nervous systems, and our cultural relationship with rest and survival.

Do I need experience with somatics, rest, or breathwork?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Everything will be guided gently. You don’t have to know how to rest—you just have to arrive.

What will food include?
