With light facilitation and intention, we dance, liberate, and celebrate to eclectic tunes streaming into silent disco headsets, giving you the freedom to dance, connect, and have space for full self expression. <h1>Meet Julia Grace~</h1>Julia Grace Vishnepolsky, MA, LPCC, R-DMT is a licensed psychotherapist and registered Dance/Movement Therapist, devoted to embodiment , creativity , and service in helping human beings thrive. Julia Grace crafts movement journeys with the intention for people deepen their connection to themselves, their emotions, relationships and environment. As a mental health advocate, Julia speaks internationally at conferences on the mind/body connection and the integration of somatic therapy and creativity in healthcare.
