Open physically and energetically with movement and stretching from Kundalini Yoga and practice a special meditation aligned with the Full Moon in revolutionary Aquarius.

Then, restore in the healing vibrations of eight gongs. Allow the vibrations of the gong to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system as you relax deeply.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event. Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back.
