Welcome to our 4th Annual Conference for Protectors, Peer Support, Chaplains, Church Safety Personnel, First Responders, Counselors, Pastors, Ministry Leaders and anyone who wants to keep people safe! We are excited to bring you over 20 power-packed classes from world class speakers from all over America. Our goal is to eliminate suicide and homicide.

Presenters & Topics:

• Navy Seal Brad Bower - Retired combat veteran Navy Seal. Class: TBA

• Sheriff Sonny Byerley - Military Veteran and current Sheriff of Wright County, MO. Classes: PTSD for Chaplains/Peers & Active Shooter Round Table.

Firefighter Will Lyons - Over a decade of providing life-saving care with fire services. Class: Resiliency on the Scene, at Home, and in Life.

Stephen Williford - On November 5, 2017 an active shooter attacked First Baptist Church in Southern Springs, TX. 26 people were killed and 22 were wounded. Mr. Williford was not a part of this church but noticed what was happening and immediately responded to the threat. His actions saved 25-50 people's lives. Class: Stepping out in Faith to Stop the Threat.

Chaplain Jennifer Lanzen - Over 10 years as a chaplain and over 20 years as a spouse of a police officer. Class: TBA

SWAT Police Officer Jeremy Allen - Over 27 years of law enforcement service in real life & death situations. Class: Tactics and Firearms Handling for Protectors.

Lt. Jim Kubic - Army Airborne veteran with 20+ law enforcement service and a police academy instructor. Class: TBA

• Police Chief Steve Davis - Head of Security at 40,000 person Red Rocks Community Church. Class: Answering the How and Why of Church Security.

• Dispatcher Erica Davis - 7-year Dispatch Veteran and wife of a military/police veteran. Class: How to Have a Healthy Marriage and Family While in Service.

Sgt. Roger Huggins - Over 32 years of law enforcement service with the Jacksonville FL Sheriff's Office. Class: De-escalation for Protectors, First Responders and Safety Teams.

Dispatch Supervisor Elizabeth Maple - 30 plus years serving as a police officer, disptacher, and now supervisor. Class: Crucial Peer Support/Chaplain Tools for Dispatchers.

• Fire Captain/Dr. Gregg Lanzen - Over 30 years serving as a paramedic and firefighter. Class: Managing Today’s Peer Support/Chaplain Teams.

• EMS Chief Pete Van Ness - Decades of EMS service in Liberty, MO and currently serving as EMS Chief. Class: Stop the Bleed...Practical Response to the Injured.

• Master Police Officer Jim McKee - Over three decades of service in law enforcement, fire, and EMS. Class: Disaster and Crisis Response.

• Marine Corporal Mike Deans - This Marine and former police officer will be putting people through a firearms simulator to give them a real-world experience of response. Class: Real Response Training to an Active Threat.

• Officer David Kim - Law Enforcement service in the greater Boston, MA area. Class: Providing Emotional Support for Those Who are on Empty.

• World Light Kickboxing Champion Chuck Wolfe - Mr. Wolfe holds high black belts in two disciplines and is head of security for the 4,000 person church Sheffield Family Life Center. Class: Compliance Control for Safety Teams and First Responders.

• Deacon Richard Tadlock - Deacon Tadlock is the lead chaplain for the St. Charles County Sheriff's Office. Class: TBA

• Sgt. Ronnie Snodgrass - 30+ years with the Phoenix Police Department and the Director of Arizona Chaplain Fellowship. Class: TBA

• Security Director John Parish - Over a decade of experience in church security and the Director of Church Safety for Zion Church in Lincoln, NE. Class: TBA

• NECLF Director Jason Kirsch - Army veteran and Director of the Nebraska Christian Leaders Forum. Class: TBA
