The Collard Green Cook-Off is FREE and open to all—whether you’re a foodie, a music lover, a community builder, or just want to vibe with Detroit’s finest.🌿 FREE Entry + 1 Free Taste Ticket – Your first plate is on us! Sample bold and creative collard green dishes crafted by Detroit’s top Black chefs using greens from local Black-owned farms.🎧 Live Music &amp; Performances – Enjoy the sounds of Detroit with a live stage showcasing DJs, vocalists, bands, and cultural performances throughout the day.🍴 Culinary Competition – Taste collard greens like you’ve never had them before—infused with coconut milk, smoked turkey, Caribbean spices, and more. Then vote for your favorites!🛍️ Community Booths – Connect with grassroots organizations doing powerful work in Detroit.🎨 Family Fun &amp; Activities – Bring the whole crew!
