Children ages 5-12 will learn about nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sustainable arts and crafts, and how we are all connected to nature.

We provide free education and resources aimed at increasing awareness about nutrition, mindfulness, and consciousness in alignment with a better quality of life and a more sustainable planet.

The 2 hr workshop may include activities around gardening, food demos, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, and more.

We proudly collaborate with organizations like the Pelican Harbor, and YEA to provide children with enriching, hands-on learning experiences across a range of topics

SEED Program is a hands-on learning program designed to connect students with nature, our planet, and their place in it. The SEED Program takes a holistic approach, addressing ecological awareness and sustainability, including topics such as self-identity, food systems, biodiversity, and systems thinking.
