Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.was founded January 16, 1920, on the campus of Howard University Washington, DC by 5 co-eds.  The founders of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.,Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl Anna Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts,sought to create an organization that would hold academic achievement and service to the community in high esteem.  The founding principles of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood have sustained the founders' legacies.Lambda Gamma Zeta graduate chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was chartered on September 29th, 1981 at the Wilde Lake Interfaith Center in Columbia, MD. For over 40 years, the members of Lambda Gamma Zeta have served the residents of Howard County, Maryland by providing scholarships for higher education to deserving African American high school seniors, sponsoring health fairs, promoting political awareness, and supporting the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County as well as other civic organizations.

Attend a 90-minute makeup tutorial with Make-Up Artist Shantel Pinnock to get that glam look while still being safe wearing your mask.Suggested make-up toolkit items to have on hand during the event:<ul><li>Variety of face and eye brushes</li><li>Beauty blender/sponge/makeup wedges</li><li>Face primer</li><li>Concealer (i.e. L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer, Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Multi-Use Concealer Medium to Full Coverage, Maybelline Fit Me Liquid Concealer, MAC Pro Longwear Concealer, NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer)</li><li>Foundation</li><li>Setting or pressed powder</li><li>Eyeliner</li><li>Mascara</li><li>Powder Contour Palette (i.e. Black Radiance Power contour palette)</li></ul>Optional:<ul><li>Lipstick (preferably matte texture)</li><li>Lip liner</li><li>Highlighter</li><li>Blush</li></ul>Each ticket purchased will be entered into a raffle for one of following GLAM prizes:<ul><li>$25 Ulta Beauty gift card</li><li>$25 Sephora gift card</li><li>30 minute one-on-one session with Shantel</li></ul>
