Whether you're experiencing baby blues, postpartum depression or anxiety, adjusting to your new role, or simply seeking connection, this support group will aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and compassionate space for new mothers navigating their postpartum journey. Participants will find an environment in which they can openly share, express, and discuss their feelings and experiences regarding the emotional, physical, and overall joys and challenges of becoming a mother. This group will provide peer support, guided discussions, and helpful resources.
