Yoga in Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Power down and connect with nature on a yoga hike or seasonal event with Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Ideal for those ages 14 and older, yoga hikes are inclusive of all fitness and yoga abilities.

Celebrate the Autumn Equinox by practicing yoga outdoors in nature where the energies of light and dark are held in balance, as the days continue to grow shorter and we make the descent into longer nights.Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, will lead you in soothing twists and balances, to integrate the left and right side of your body. Hip openers help to release and settle, honoring the Earth's seasonal turn toward rest and regeneration. This quieter and softer practice will help you embrace surrender, grace and trust as you turn inward toward rest and respite.Refreshments await after savasana.This event is part of the Nature Rx program.
