About this event
Dive into the fantastical world of Fun & Games, Washington Improv Theater's new, laugh-filled performance series. Check out of your everyday life and enjoy smart, imaginative improv from WIT’s talented ensembles and special guest acts. The series spotlights Table Talk: An Improvised Tale of Adventure, where a group of friends playing a fantasy RPG transforms into an epic (and epically funny) quest full of outlandish characters, imaginative worlds, and unscripted surprises.
EVERY SHOW FEATURES A DIFFERENT LINE-UP OF ACTS, SO CHECK OUT THE WHOLE SCHEDULE ON WIT'S WEBSITE: https://witdc.org/funandgames/
ABOUT WIT
WIT shows are perfect for a date night, out-of-towners visiting, or just something new and spontaneous to do. All for just $20.
For 25 years, Washington Improv Theater's experienced teams of improv comedians have taken a simple suggestion or story from an audience member and turned it into a never-before-seen comedy show. And because every performance is based on an audience suggestion, that night's show will never happen again! Our homegrown talent has gone on to SNL, The Daily Show, HBO's Insecure and The White Lotus, and more!
Accessible pricing
For those who experience cost as a barrier, a limited number of affordable pricing tickets are available using the code AFFORDABLE. Currently enrolled college students can get discounted tickets with the code COLLEGESTUDENT (be prepared to show student ID).

Frequently asked questions
We’re in our 26th year of presenting longform improv in the District. Our shows feature our own house ensembles and Harold teams (each with their own distinct style) and top independent acts from across the District.
It depends on the kids and it depends on the show. Our shows are generally PG-13 – no one’s getting naked and there are no gory special effects. That said, our shows do often include adult language and adult situations that aren’t great for young audience members.
Parking near Studio can be competitive on weekend nights. There is zoned parking in the surrounding neighborhoods of the 14th Street and U Street corridors. We recommend showing up early, as finding a spot can take some time.
Except for cases of a WIT cancellation, we can’t offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you need to switch your ticket, we can help you change nights (unless the show’s curtain time is within one business day). Email us at wit@witdc.org. Messages sent via Eventbrite go to an unmonitored inbox.
