Mindfulness Meditation Walks

Deepen your appreciation for nature with seasonal meditation classes. Walk mindfully through the gardens, notice changes within the seasons, and connect with the natural world. All levels welcome, no prior meditation experience needed.

Wellness Programs

Join us for yoga and Tai Chi classes, as well as special wellness workshops.

Walk mindfully through the gardens, notice changes within the seasons, and connect with the natural world. Each class offers a framework based in mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and attention, and expand your practice. All levels welcome, no prior meditation experience needed.Classes will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather.
