This workshop satisfies 6 hours toward the clinical supervision requirement for professional counselors.Topics covered includes: how to help counselors grow clinically; methods of observation in clinical supervision; the role of clinical supervisors in the implementation of evidence based practices; effective cross cultural clinical supervision; how to hire and retain the most talented employees; how to motivate staff to do their best work in your role as a clinical supervisor; how to keep morale high in behavioral health settings; how to build your team for optimal performance; how to navigate change as a leader; how to evaluate yourself as a leader; how to take your leadership skills to the next level; the role of clinical supervisors in creating safety and helping reduce the impact of trauma and secondary trauma in the behavioral health workplace; How to lead during catastrophes and pandemics; developing new leaders and leaving a lasting legacy in your role as a clinical supervisor and leader.By the end of this workshop you will be able to: •	Help individuals you supervise grow clinically. •	Successfully implement evidence based practices. •	Build relationships in cross cultural supervision.•	Keep Morale high in the organization. •	Evaluate yourself as a supervisor and leader •	Plan how you will leave a lasting legacy as a clinical supervisor and leader.This workshop will take place via Zoom.
